Two Factor Authentication adds an extra security layer to your online workplace. 2FA is a combination of a password and a confirmation on your smartphone.

Step 1
- Open the Play Store on your smartphone.

- Search for the Microsoft Authenticator
- Click “Install”.

- Open the installed app and allow it to send messages.
- Click “Add account”.

- Choose “Work or school account”.

- Allow the app to use the camera.

- Generate a QR code: Open a browser on you computer (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Browse to mfa.tinkiteasy.com.
- Enter your TinkConnect username and password.

- Choose “Activate Mobile App”

- Answer the security questions and choose “Generate Activation Code”.

- Connect the app: Your computer screen shows a QR code and the app on your phone a scanner. Use this scanner to scan the code.
- On your computer screen click the button “Verify now”.
- Accept the notification on your phone.

Logging on to the online workplace with MFA: Double click the Tink icon on your desktop. Enter your credentials. Accept the notification on your phone.
