TinkConnect respects the privacy of all users of our website. We make sure the personal information you disclose to us is treated confidentially. We use the information you disclose to us on a contact form in order to answer your queries to the best of our abilities. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect statistical data about the use of our website. We have a data processing agreement with Google.

The information is not shared with third parties. In a number of cases, the information may be shared internally. Our employees treat your details in confidence.


Security of personal data

TinkConnect has all taken technical and organisational measures in order to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, unwanted loss, destruction, damage, editing or publication. These measures guarantee an appropriate level of security.


Retention period

TinkConnect retains your details only insofar as this is necessary and as defined in the ISMS.

If you asked TinkConnect to contact you, we will keep your personal details until you tell us you no longer wish to use the services of TinkConnect, unless you explicitly tell us in writing that we can retain your details for a longer period.

If you subscribed to the newsletter, TinkConnect will retain your personal details until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The option to unsubscribe is given at the bottom of each mailing. In order to re-subscribe to the newsletter, you will have to provide us with your details again.



You have the right to inspect your personal data processed by TinkConnect. In that case, you can (also) indicate if you wish to correct, change or delete the data. TinkConnect will comply with such requests within four (4) weeks.
