Hosted Desktop Manual

• Click the folder in the taskbar (bottom left)
  • Shared files and folders can be found en stored on V
  • Personal files and folders can be stored on H

• Click the Windows icon in the bottom left of your screen

Option 1

• Start typing the name of the app. Suggested apps will appear in the top right of your screen
• Double click the app to open

Option 2

• Click the arrow in the bottom left of the screen
• Double click an app to open
• There is a scroll bar at the bottom to scroll to the right for more apps

• Go to the list of apps, as described in step 2
• Start typing the name in the search bar in the top right of the screen

Would you like shortcuts to often used apps like Microsoft Word?

• Search for an application as described above (do not open)
• Click it with your right mouse button
• Choose where you would like to pin the shortcut

• In the Hosted Desktop there is a blue bar in the top of the screen. Click – to minize the Hosted Desktop, without closing it.
• To come back, click the icon in your task bar

• In the blue bar in the top of the screen, click x
• Go to the other computer within two hours to log on and continue your session

• Log in with your current password
• Click CTRL + ALT + END at the same time
• Click “Change a password

• Click the Windows icon in your task bar

• Click your name in the top right of the screen
• Click “Sign out”
