TinkConnect’s support desk provides a fast and professional service to our clients in the Netherlands and abroad. We do this either with our remote support tool or also remotely within the Hosted Desktop environment. Our helpdesk simply logs into your desktop and helps your staff to get going again.
The personal support of IT specialists
We provide a personal service that enables you to speak directly with our IT specialists. We know exactly which applications our clients are using and how their IT environment is built. We can intervene quickly and help when there’s a problem e.g. if your staff can’t log in.
TinkConnect specializes in building and maintaining business specific applications for the online workplace. Our support desk will help you with any software problems you experience e.g. when an application isn’t performing properly or for any other reason you need assistance.
Support costs are included
Tinkconnect’s support desk is open by phone or email from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday to all our users. Support costs are included in Tinkconnect’s Hosted Desktop service.
